  5. License Agreement
  6. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  7. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  8. agreement signed by Ituner Internet Software (ITUNER) your use of 
  9. this software you indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  10. and warranty.

  12. Registered Version
  13. One registered copy of Ituner Radio may either be used by a single
  14. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  15. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  16. multiple people, but not both.
  17.  
  18. You may access the registered version of Ituner through a network,
  19. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  20. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  21. through the network.

  23. No registered user, nor anyone else, may alter or modify the 
  24. Ituner Radio Software.  You cannot give anyone else permission to 
  25. modify the Ituner Radio Software.
  26.  
  27. Governing Law
  28. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  29. California.

  31. Disclaimer of Warranty
  32. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  33. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  34. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  In particular,
  35. there is no warranty for the optional virus scanning feature
  36. (Ituner Radio does not scan for viruses, it simply runs external
  37. programs that claim to perform this function).  Because of the
  38. various hardware and software environments into which Ituner
  39. Radio may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  40. OFFERED.

  42. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  43. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  44. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  45. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  46. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  49. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  50. Version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the 
  51. Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; 
  52. give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and 
  53. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation 
  54. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge 
  55. for any of the above.
